今日、北海道の知り合いから毛がにが届いた。
僕は、毛がにが大好物で、カニの中でも毛がにが一番好きです。
デカイ！！！
ちょっと比べるものを一緒において写真を撮らなかったので、大きさがよくわかりませんが(^^;
とてもデカイ！！！
ミソ、たっぷり(^^)
溢れんばかりのミソ！
この毛がに、水揚げされた後、すぐに茹でられて、そのままクール便で送られてきたと思うんですが、プリプリな身がたっぷりでした。
冷凍物では、こうはいきません。
この数日、毛がに三昧です。
